How Sendzie handles SMS opt-in consent for business notifications.

Sendzie is a communication platform that enables businesses to send account status notifications to their customers via SMS. This page documents how customer consent is collected, how notifications are sent, and how customers can manage their preferences. It is provided for SMS carrier compliance verification purposes.

How customers opt in

Business adds customer to Sendzie. A business using Sendzie adds their customer's phone number to the platform as part of their existing business relationship.
Customer receives opt-in request. Before any notifications are sent, Sendzie automatically sends the customer an opt-in consent request SMS on behalf of the business.
Customer replies YES to confirm. Only after the customer replies YES will they receive any further SMS notifications. If they reply STOP or do not respond, no further messages are sent.
Customer can opt out at any time. Customers can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe immediately. All opt-out requests are honored instantly and no further messages are sent.

How to unsubscribe

To stop receiving SMS notifications at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will immediately receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe at any time, reply START.
